Every report is quoted in credits before it starts, by the size of the organisation. One credit is USD 0.99 in a pack or on the Starter plan; the Professional and Team plans include their monthly credits at a lower rate and top up at a discount. Start with a 14 day free trial.

Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial with 25 credits, enough for two organisations of up to 250 people each. For a larger organisation, buy a credit pack during the trial; the trial carries on. A card is needed; cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

What a report costs
The quote is firm: the credits for the organisation's size tier, shown before the run starts. A run that fails is refunded in credits automatically.

A followed report is a report you ask Talia to refresh every month. The refresh keeps it current: who is still in post, the people in each unit, and their places in the chart checked again, for the refresh price in the table. Professional and Team plans include free refreshes. A research job you confirm from the chat costs from 1 credit and its price is shown first.
Credit packs
Every pack is sold at the list price of USD 0.99 a credit, with no volume discount, so a pack never undercuts a plan's top up rate. Professional and Team holders top up at their plan's lower rate instead. Monthly plan credits roll over while you stay subscribed. Credits you buy in packs do not expire while your account is open. After you cancel, every remaining credit stays usable for 12 months.

Billing and refunds
Payments are collected by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Prices are in US dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
